"Prosecuting And Adjudicating Trafficking In Persons Cases In Australia: Obstacles And Opportunities" Dr Anne Gallagher June 2009: "my work on trafficking has taken place outside Australia …..an overview of what I have learned about the prosecution and adjudication of trafficking in persons cases. I am fairly confident that much of this will not be new to you. Each country, and each legal system is different and clearly, there is no one model that works perfectly."
